These Terms & Conditions ("T&C") form a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and 87bd. They apply to all services offered through 87bd.vu and any associated mobile or web applications.

1. Eligibility Requirements

87bd may at any time request documentation to verify your eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of pending withdrawals pending compliance review.

2. Account Registration & Security

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on 87bd. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

Account Information Accuracy

You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information when registering. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details. Any misrepresentation is a material breach of these T&C and entitles 87bd to immediately close your account.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login credentials.
• You must notify 87bd support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• 87bd will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Do not share your credentials with any third party.

Know Your Customer (KYC)

As part of our commitment to a safe and compliant platform, 87bd may require players to complete a KYC verification process. This may involve submitting a government-issued photo ID (such as a National ID card or passport) and proof of address. KYC must be completed before certain withdrawal thresholds are released. 4. Bonuses & Promotions

87bd offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload offers, free spins, and cricket-specific promotional events. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The rollover multiplier is specified on each individual promotion page.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash outside of the specified rollover completion path.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player. Players found to be exploiting bonus offers through multi-accounting or collusion will have all bonuses voided and accounts suspended.

5. Betting Rules

By placing a bet on 87bd, you agree that all wagering activity is conducted voluntarily, on your own behalf, and using funds that you lawfully own. You accept all risks associated with betting on sports events, casino games, and crash titles offered through our platform.

Bet Acceptance & Settlement

87bd reserves the right to refuse, void, or limit any bet at its sole discretion. Bets are settled based on official results sourced from recognized sports governing bodies (e.g., the Bangladesh Cricket Board for domestic matches, ICC for international events). In the event of a dispute over a result, 87bd's decision, made after reviewing official sources, is final.

Errors & Technical Issues

In the event of a technical failure, system error, or software malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or bet, 87bd reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player. The following scenarios may result in bet voidance:

• Incorrect odds displayed due to a pricing error or data feed malfunction.
• A game session interrupted before a natural conclusion due to server downtime.
• Erroneous payouts caused by RNG or provider-side software faults.

6. Responsible Gaming

87bd is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Gambling should be an enjoyable pastime — never a way to solve financial problems. We provide a range of tools to help players maintain control, including:

In no event shall 87bd's total aggregate liability to any player exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 87bd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

10. Amendments to These Terms

87bd reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavor to provide reasonable advance notice via a platform notification or email to your registered address. The updated T&C will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the 87bd platform following any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, your sole remedy is to close your account and cease using the platform.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through direct communication, the matter may be referred to formal arbitration or adjudication as appropriate under applicable law.
